The continuous homogenization process originates from the twin-screw extruder. Different raw materials are added to the premixed twin-screw extruder through a loss-in-weight feeder according to different proportions, and the powder is premixed. The powder is added to the twin-screw host, and then mixed with different liquid raw materials according to different ratios. Mixing, meshing, shearing, dispersing, negative pressure stretching, and exhausting are carried out in the long and narrow twin-screw barrel, so that the materials are diversified and dispersed during the mixing process, and ultimately achieve better mixing effects.
