On June 28, 2025, the Inauguration ceremony of the 1st manufacturing plant of INV Malaysia, the subsidiary of SENIOR, renowned for its expertise in lithium-ion battery separator technology, was held in Penang, Malaysia. As a long-term strategic partner and core equipment supplier of SENIOR, LONGLY Group was invited to attend this milestone ceremony and witnessed the launch of the Smart Factory, with industry experts, government representatives, and media.

LONGLY recognized technical strength, boosting global lithium battery separator intelligent manufacturing

The manufacturing plant of INV Malaysia in ASEAN will be the first large-scale production base of lithium battery separators in Southeast Asia. With a total investment of over RMB 5 billion, its production capacity can reach 2 billion square meters of battery separators annually, significantly enhancing the chain supply capacity in the global new energy industry.

Beneath the leading technology in intelligent equipment for new energy materials, LONGLY Group has delivered more than 10 separator slurry production lines to SENIOR bases at Changzhou, Foshan, Nantong, Hefei, Sweden, the United States, and Malaysia since 2018, becoming an important support for its global production capacity layout.

In this Malaysia project, the slurry intelligent production line provided by LONGLY integrates high-efficient grinding and dispersion, smart production control system under energy-saving design, which perfectly adapts to the stringent requirements of SENIOR for separator consistency and yield rate, helping it achieve the goal of "the most advanced intelligent manufacturing base with equipment".

LONGLY has built two modern production bases covering an area of nearly 140,000 square meters, equipped with more than 200 sets of high-end processing machine such as boring machines imported from Japan, precision engraving machines, five-axis machining, advanced laser cutting machines, tungsten carbide spraying equipment, zirconium bead automatic production lines, etc., to achieve independent processing of 90% of core components. From raw materials to finished products, the product quality is strictly controlled throughout the process. Not only does it ensure the excellent performance of the equipment, but it also greatly improves the equipment delivery cycle.

Fourth: Global service network. 14 major service outlets around the world cover four major production bases of SENIOR in China, Europe, the United States, and ASEAN.
