On August 8, the World Battery and Energy Storage Industry Expo 2023 was opened grandly in Guangzhou. The LONGLY group brings five best-selling equipment, and the production line model in homogenization and anode battery material, demonstrating the current cutting-edge technology in the industry.

On Booth D449 in Hall 4.1, Area A, LONGLY displayed the common equipment for mixing and wet grinding, such as dual planetary mixers, high-pressure homogenizers, high-efficiency homogenizers, and nano bead mills NT-V150L. Also, the model of the battery anode production line and homogenization system shows the innovative solutions. It attracted many visitors to stop and watch, learn more about the product, cooperation negotiation, and techniques discussion, becoming the highlight of the entire exhibition area.

The adopted water-cooled permanent magnet direct drive motor improves transmission efficiency and reduces complex redundant circuits.

It is mainly used for mixing, homogenizing, and nanometering the solid in liquid. The pressing parts designed uniquely are easy to maintain. It can run for a long time under high working pressure. The parts in contact with the material are made from high-quality stainless steel and zirconia ceramics. The unique structure with the customized sealing surface using imported materials allows for long service life.

According to practical, the working pressure and homogenization times can be adjusted to achieve the required performance.
