Automatic Lithium-ion Battery Anode Material Production Line Helps Increase Production Capacity

Longly lithium-ion battery anode material automatic production line uses advanced technology and equipment to realize full-process automation from raw material feeding to finished product storage. During production, the material first goes through the gravity blanking of the ton bag feeding station and the dust-free feeding station. Then it is put into the metering bin after passing through the iron remover and fed into the premix tank after precise weight loss measurement.


After sufficient stirring in the tank, the material enters the bead mill for coarse grinding and then undergoes fine grinding and dispersion. It finally enters a storage tank for the next processing stage after the grinding material gets demagnetized and impurities removed. This process is efficient and ensures the stability and reliability of product quality.
