    The Pin-type bead mill is a commonly used grinding equipment, whose rotor structure will directly affect the bead mill’s performance and efficiency.

    1. Directly affect the working efficiency of the bead mill. Generally speaking, the larger the pin, the better the grinding performance.

    2. If the pin is too large, it increases friction during grinding, with the power consumption adding, and the motor may overload or even be damaged.

    3. Larger pins may cause greater wear and tear on the spare parts inside, affecting the maintenance.
