During the working process of the MT/LMT series power vacuum mixer, the two parallel stirring paddles operate according to the set fixed rotation ratio, and rotate along the mixing tank at the same time, so that the material moves from the inner wall of the mixing tank to the vicinity of the stirring paddle. The high-speed dispersing tooth discs of the other two independent power devices also run along the mixing tank with the revolution to perform efficient dispersion and emulsification. Both the stirring paddle and the high-speed dispersing tooth disc are frequency-controlled, and the speed can be set according to the production process to achieve different shear purpose.
