To meet the market demand for dispersing and mixing equipment, LONGLY launched the dispersing mixer. Based on the original version, it optimized the dispersing plate structure and adopted a hydraulic system for lifting with the speed flow monitoring system. The line speed was increased by 30 %, more outstanding in mixing, which can help enterprises produce efficiently.

Dispersing disc combined the type cutting with the sawtooth type for the larger stirring vortex, thus increasing the collision force against the barrel wall and maximizing the uniformity of slurry mixing.

The optimized shape of the mixing paddle allows lower resistance, lower energy consumption, and larger torque force during mixing, suitable for materials with high to low viscosity.

The low speed of stirring and high speed of dispersion can be set independently, allowing uniform mixing with less dead end. Also, equipped with a speed measuring device, there is an automatic warning if the speed deviates, which prevents substandard mixing.

The mixing tank can be set vacuum or injected with Inert gases such as nitrogen to prevent oxidation reactions and protect the internal space from external factors.

Besides, it reserves system interfaces to facilitate the integration in production lines, allowing the assembly of the other equipment in less time to achieve a comprehensive layout from point to surface.
