With the VTR principle and the aid of vacuum negative pressure, the slurry enters the inner cavity of the defoamer through the inlet pipe. It guides the slurry into the center of the rotating disc, which is driven by the motor to rotate at a high speed. This rotation forms a film on the inner surface of the disc, flowing to the outer side under the action of centrifugal force. Utilizing the friction between the wall surface and the material molecules, as well as the specific gravity difference between the material and the air bubbles, the tiny air bubbles are squeezed out from the inside of the slurry. Under the condition of vacuum negative pressure, the impact and breaking of the air bubbles occur.
The degassed slurry exerts pressure on the "Slurry Outflow" connection under the influence of centrifugal gravity. lt automatically presses the slurry into the discharge connection, passing through the outlet pipe to flow out. This process achieves inline, uninterrupted, continuous degassing of materials.
