During the operation of the LMT series vacuum planetary mixer, the two parallel stirring paddles operate according to a set fixed rotation ratio. While revolving along the mixing barrel, they also rotate rapidly, allowing the material to move from the inner wall of the mixing barrel to the vicinity of the mixing paddle. The high-speed dispersing toothed discs of the other two separate power units also rotate along the mixing barrel with the revolution to perform efficient dispersion and emulsification. The stirring paddles and the high-speed dispersing toothed discs are both frequency-inverted, and the speed can be customized according to the production process to achieve different mixing purposes. This type of movement can achieve a completely uniform mixing effect of materials in a short time.

This series is designed for mass industrial production. The barrel volume ranges from 350L to 1500L to meet different production needs.

Sun gears and planetary gears are carburized and quenched with high-quality alloy steel, the ring gear is surface-hardened with high-quality alloy steel, and all gears are processed by grinding.
The planet carrier and the bearing seat are welded with cast steel or high carbon steel and annealed to eliminate stress. The box body and the planet carrier are optimized using computer simulation deformation and stress analysis to achieve higher bearing capacity.
Highly modular design can standardize many basic parts, which is more economical in mass production, effectively reduces the amount of inventory, and improves the delivery speed.
All bearings adopt roller bearings with appropriate specifications, and the bearings of the stressed parts are all imported brands.
Both the planetary shaft and the dispersed shaft adopt radial skeleton oil seals, and the radially loaded shaft adopts double sleeve pressure-resistant oil seals.
