Main Process of Chemical Processing Equipment in EPC Smart Factory

In production lines of new materials, fine chemicals, food, and pharmaceuticals, LONGLY provides EPC services (Engineering, procurement, and construction, a type of turnkey contract) with the MES production execution management system to achieve data-driven manufacturing and to realize smart factory upgrades.

The automatic production processes generally involve powder/solvent batching, metering weighing, feeding & loading, pre-mixing, industrial bead mill grinding, dispersion & mixing, and filling & storage, among which impurity removal and demagnetization can be added according to actual needs.
