Technical Features

1. No dead angle in the grinding chamber, high efficiency, and narrow particle size distribution;
2. When the machine stops, the zirconium beads settle at the separation wheel bottom to avoid beads leakage when starting;
3. No screen separation, no clogging, and maintenance-free;
4. Zirconia beads have longer service time without sieving;
5. The separation wheel and the rotor are independent main shafts and motors, which do not affect each other;
6. The rotor and the separation wheel can work at different speeds;
7. Optional core structural parts’ materials selection for different materials grinding, no pollution, and less wear rate;
8. Double check valve for ultra-fine grinding to prevent backflow of grinding media;
9. Special mechanical seal for vertical bead mill, no leakage, stable and reliable performance, low energy consumption, and low heat generation;
10. Installation, repair, and maintenance are more convenient;
