Description / Working Principle

The rotor and the stator are precisely matched, and the optimized combination makes the system reach the best state.
Through the high-speed and stable rotation of the rotor, comprehensive kinetic energy performance such as high frequency, strong circumferential tangential velocity, and angular velocity is formed.
Under the action of the stator, strong and reciprocating hydraulic shearing, friction, centrifugal extrusion, liquid flow collision, and other comprehensive effects are formed in the reasonable and narrow gap between the stator and the rotor. The material circulates in the container for the above working process, and finally, the product is obtained.    

For various processes and techniques, there are different forms of equipment to match and optimize the combination to make the system reach the best state.

Single-stage Horizontal Emulsifier, TRL1-Series

And it simultaneously generates comprehensive forces such as centrifugal extrusion, grinding, and collision, and finally fully mixing stirring, and refining the material to meet the ideal requirements.

Displacement pump or from a pressurized feed system inlet into the liquid phase. The liquid injection is distributed to the coaxial drum of the LY vertical mixing emulsifier, and enters the pre-mixing chamber through multiple holes; 

Use the batching device to vertically feed the solids into the pre-mixing chamber from the top through the chute. The dry material area and the wet material pre-mixing chamber are Separated by the feed screw; 

The liquid phase and solid phase are mixed in a certain proportion in the pre-mixing chamber. And when leaving the pre-mixing chamber, immediately by the high shear rotor; 

The mixed product is discharged from the low liquid outlet of the device under the action of gravity and centrifugal force. This unique method of wetting reduces entrapped air in solid /liquid dispersion systems.
